Months and Years come and go.
Time changes constantly.
However, some old habits keep draining us, or don’t help us develop.
We don’t pay attention to them actively because they don’t seem harmful enough, or haven’t hurt us badly enough, yet.
But, Good Things happen when we allow changes within us.
However tiny those changes might be, but they must be sustainable, in order to prove effective.
Our methods, our behaviors, our mindsets - they all need a rejig, from time to time!

This includes working from different locations, delegating more, and keeping my focus on the larger goals of learning & development.
Learning further about the nuances of professional interactions, including negotiations, mentoring, and ways to pivot a career.
These lessons will help me develop the way I work, assist my students and help them develop into impeccable professionals.
